The WaveJet System includes the board of your choice (rescue, surf or SUP), a WaveJet Power Pod, a Blank Pod for non-powered use, a Seatooth®-enabled Wrist Controller and a Charging Station. The Power Pod is the central unit of the system. It is a clean, quiet, battery-powered miniature jet drive, it can be plugged into any WaveJet-Ready watercraft, including surfboards, stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards and more. The WaveJet Pod may be purchased with a WaveJet-Ready Board as part of a system, or on its own so that you have additional power when needed.
The WaveJet Rescue Boards enable lifeguards to reach, rescue and return a victim in half the time. It help lifeguards conserve their energy so they can focus on the victim and allow them to execute critical lifesaving procedures while still propelling the victim back to shore. The WaveJet Surfboards enable surfers to spend more time surfing and less time paddling. It gets you out there even when the break is soft and mushy and it makes a tow in unnecessary to catch the bigger waves. The WaveJet SUPs provide the extra thrust to make a paddle session more fun. They enable paddlers to navigate otherwise unreachable territories and let you move across the fastest of currents.
For lifesaving professionals, time and energy spend on reaching the victims is crucial. For regular surfers, a lot of time is spend on paddling, instead of catching waves and actually surfing.
